New construction of Townhouse complex

On one part of the “Friedrichswerder” area in Berlin (Carolin-von-Humboldt-Weg) between 2005 and 2008 the “Berlin Townhouses” were constructed. A total of 47 building plots were covered with buildings. The parcels range between 120 m² and 290 m²; are app. 6,5 meters width and 13 to 16 meters in length.

The parcels were covered with houses which could range from four to five floors.

KVL was assigned with project management of the parcel 16 of the Townhouses. Besides the residential part the possibility of commercial use was created in the ground level. The Townhouse P16 consists of four upper floors and one roof terrace including a Jacuzzi. The interior is of very high quality, featuring a sauna, a chimney and a wine cellar.

The service spectrum of KVL included project management with the range of performance AHO levels 1 - 5.
